Control servo motors using the tilt angle of a micro:bit « Adafruit Industries – Makers, Hackers, Artists, Designers and Engineers!


The micro:bit is a simple, robust, easy-to-program microcontroller aimed at the education market and great value for money. The device is programmed through a browser interface. This means there’s no need to install a huge development environment on your hard drive, making going from unboxing to “Hello World” in just a few minutes. The easiest way to push code to micro:bit is to use the JavaScript block editor. However, Java and Python can also be used.

With three mouse drags, we created a program that lets the servo motor track the tilt angle of the micro:bit. Things don’t get much easier.
